Head of Admissions & Family Success
Hi, I’m Phoenix Bohannon. I graduated from a prestigious Christian high school in Northern California, where I quickly learned that simply attending class doesn’t always lead to success on AP exams. While I passed all of mine, I didn’t get the scores I had aimed for, which taught me a valuable lesson about the gap between showing up and truly mastering the material.
After earning my degree in psychology, I joined this team to help students avoid that same frustration. Now, I work closely with families to make sure students get placed into the right programs for their goals, and I help our team stay aligned on how to best support them throughout the journey. Whether it's through creating clearer admissions pathways, building strong systems, or making sure our team is equipped to guide every family with care, I work behind the scenes to expand our reach and impact, so more students can thrive.
Student Success
As a Student Success Coordinator, my focus is on ensuring that students receive the support they need to excel academically. I work closely with students, parents, and tutors to track progress, address challenges, and create a structured learning plan tailored to each student's needs.
I help facilitate communication between tutors and families, ensuring that expectations are clear and that every student stays on track with their academic goals. Whether it’s scheduling sessions, identifying areas that need extra attention, or resolving any concerns, I’m here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.
