Roslynn Hyneman, Ed.D., is a native Ohioan who has recently joined the California community. As a first-generation college student herself, Dr. Roslynn has centered her career around supporting students in their educational and career journeys.

Her expertise includes college exploration and goal setting, résumé building, time-management skill development, and scholarship/internship sourcing. Additionally, she has extensive experience in workforce development, apprenticeships, recruitment, and qualitative research development, with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Her work truly exemplifies her passion and enthusiasm for educational attainment, workforce readiness, and economic mobility. In her downtime, Dr. Roslynn enjoys arcades, ice-skating, and coloring.

Krystal is a seasoned high school English teacher with over 20 years of experience, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She specializes in Advanced Placement English Literature and Composition and also teaches dual-enrollment college-level English through a College-in-the-High-School program.

As a College Board-trained AP Exam scorer, Krystal has evaluated over 1,000 essays and earned an “Exceeds Expectations” rating for her thoroughness and accuracy.

In addition to her classroom work, Krystal is a passionate college essay coach. She has helped students gain admission and win scholarships at top-tier universities including Harvard, Stanford, and Carnegie Mellon. Emily Rose Dunker has served as assistant principal at Eden Hall Upper Elementary School in the Pine-Richland School District for the past two years. Dunker previously served as associate and acting principal at Carlynton Junior-Senior High School, as a 10th grade communications teacher at Freedom Area High School and taught 10th and 12th grade English at North Catholic High School.

Dunker has held roles as crisis team leader and SAP team leader. As acting principal, she is especially proud of her work creating a dedicated room to help students refocus on learning as well as the implementation of new systems and processes in the junior-senior high school.

Dunker earned a B.A. from Saint Mary’s College and an M.Ed. in secondary education and English from Duquesne University, and received K-12 principal certification through the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in educational leadership at the University of Pittsburgh.

Additionally, Coach Guess holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Pennsylvania State University.

Coach Guess has extensive experience across a range of roles in the field of education. She currently serves as an Elementary Principal in the North Allegheny School District and has led MTSS, equity and inclusion initiatives, and school assessments.

She is a published author and conference presenter and is committed to inclusive, innovative, and student-centered educational practices.

William Campione is a 27-year veteran of New York public schools and the chairperson of a 40-member Social Studies department, with particular expertise in world history.

He teaches AP European History by combining content mastery with historical thinking skills such as source analysis and contextualization, and builds free-response writing skills with a step-by-step approach.
