Charmaine has spent her career in schools. Before co-founding SupportED with her husband, Dr. Joe, she worked directly with educators across hundreds of Western Pennsylvania school districts, sitting in classrooms and at conference tables, listening to what teachers were up against and what students were missing.
The same thing came up everywhere: bright, hardworking kids were falling behind on AP and college prep for reasons that had nothing to do with ability. They needed structure, someone in their corner, and a plan that fit their actual life.
So they built it. Charmaine leads SupportED's strategy and team, and she holds every coach to one standard: the support she'd want for her own kids. She holds a B.S. in Health Care Administration and Management from Slippery Rock University.
